FLORENCE MARGUERITE NORE On September 10, 2000, surrounded by her family, Florence Nore, aged 74 years, passed away peacefully. Florence is survived by her children, Linda, Shirley Cole and Mark (Ida) her only grandson, Cody Cole; sister Jean Harrison; brother Wesley (Audrey) Harrison, as well as other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Olaf in 1971. Prior to her retirement, Florence had been employed with Manpower and Immigration. Mom was a selfless body who always put others first, living her life with quiet courage and dignity. In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place and a service in her memory will be held on Thursday, September 14 at 3:00 p.m. from the chapel in Deer Lodge Centre with Rev. Gordon Fulford officiating. The service will terminate at the chapel. Her family wishes to thank all the caregivers at Deer Lodge Centre from 7 West and 3 South for the kindness and compassion shown to Florence and her family during her stay there.
